fixes on the coordinator's FSM, also added testsuite report method, to be used to generate a message at the end of the testsuite

testing tool feature: we start components in a certain order, each component emmits a READY signal, the coordinator monitors them once all checked it generates a testingtool.ready signal

coordinator sends tun start signal to agent1,2 and agent TT, TBD if this needs to be done in another level

Coordinator now handle the test case configurations, it dispatches messages to the IUTs and sniffers based on the config yaml files
